A Home Built On Love
Jan-e-Baba Foundation began with one simple idea: no child should grow up without care and protection. We opened our home in Shahpur, Bharakaho, Islamabad to welcome orphaned and vulnerable children and give them the family they deserve.
Inside our walls, children find more than shelter. They find routine, warmth, and people who notice when they are struggling and celebrate when they succeed.
We are small enough to know every child by name, and committed enough to fight for each one of their futures.
Care That Truly Never Stops
From the moment a child arrives, our team works to meet their needs: food, shelter, health care and schooling, all under one roof. We also look after what cannot be seen so easily. Fear, grief and self doubt are common in children who have lost so much, and our staff are trained to respond with patience rather than punishment. Every decision we make starts with one question: what is best for this child, right now and in the years ahead.
Building Strong And Honest Character
Good grades matter, but good character matters more. We teach our children honesty, discipline, respect and kindness through daily examples, not lectures.
Staff and volunteers who work with our children follow a strict Code of Conduct, so every child grows up around adults who treat them with dignity.
